I don't have a lot of comparison points, but I went Fox and love them. Great ride, but not at all sloppy, and really improved the handling.

Pros: great ride, improved handling
Cons: not at all sloppy
Part number: 985-24-084

I also felt that swapping to Koni shocks in the rear made the car feel better to drive -- the stock rear shocks didn't have much low speed rebound, so the trunk would feel like it was floating if I went over crests. The Konis fixed that.

Pros: car feels better
Cons: stock shocks low rebound
Vehicle: Honda Civic

I put Foxes on about 1500 miles ago, they’ve been great so far. It’s all about the driving you do - I’m 100% on road, so they work for me.

Pros: they’ve been great
Mileage: 2414 km

I got Koni Yellows. Adjustable dampening and they don't rattle/clunk like the Billstein B6's apparently do.

Pros: adjustable dampening
Cons: rattle/clunk
Vehicle: Volvo

Fox 2.5" internal bypass shock and springs off a 2023 Toyota 4Runner TRD Pro.

Adds about 1" in height. Rides a bit firmer that stock shocks on paved roads and performs great off-road.

Pros: performs great off-road
Cons: firmer on paved roads
Mileage: 5000 km

I have a set of the adjustable yellow sports using the stock springs. Firm but not harsh, I run them around halfway between soft and hard. One of the best upgrades I've done.

Pros: adjustable, firm but not harsh, best upgrade
Vehicle: BMW Z3

I’m quite partial to koni struts/shocks. You can adjust the rebound rate to make them softer for your commute but stiffen them up when you get to hit those mountain roads

Plus they work on stock springs if you’re like me and like the car not bottoming out

Pros: adjustable rebound, work with stock springs, prevents bottoming out
Vehicle: BMW Z3
