Oil filter OEM Toyota or Mobil
Are you opposed to doing it yourself ? Reason I ask is because imo it’s the way to go. You can save $25+ and buy decent oil/filter. I’m at $47 with Mobil 1 oil and filter from Walmart.
I run Mobil 1 5W-30 Extended Performance (high mileage oil, 75k+), and currently Wix XP oil filter. Car runs great at 67k miles and I have 0 codes.
Valvoline Extended Performance full synthetic 0W20 and Mobil 1 M1-108 filter every 5,000 miles.
I've used various Mobil1 oil, but usually use the kind in OPs pic. Every other oil change I change my oil filter. I use a Mobil1 110A (I think) which is a larger filter than OEM. I've done this for about 30k miles, and have not noticed any ill effects.
I run the same one and a mobil 1 filter. 48k miles in my 19’ premium. No issues.
I have the same car. I always use 0w-20 (any brand really) at ~7.5k miles. I usually use Mobil-1 oil filter (M1-108A)
911 here but reading this makes me cringe. 8 quarts of mobil 1 and a filter is $60-70. Takes less than 15 minutes to do.
I've been using Mobil 1 full synthetic paired with the Mobil 1 oil filter and haven't had any issues.
My buddy changed oil, and used a Mobil1 filter in his moms Hyundai. It knocked right away. Changed to Hyundai filter and knock quit.
Every. Fucking. One. Of those filters was fucked in there by a gorilla with a 1 inch impact. I fucking swear! What is it with lube monkeys and raping Toyota filters in? Hell, the last one I did still had the filter socket attached because that’s how fucking hard that thing got railed into place.
