Bosch Oil filter

Yes, the Bosch 3300 is correct for your car. I just used exactly that one for my oil change a few weeks ago.

Pros: Correct for car, good for oil change

AMSOIL Oil filter

I installed an AMSoil satellite oil filter. I change it out every 15k and change my oil and primary oil filter at 30k.

AMSOIL Oil filter

I've tried a number of different filters from OEM, Purolator, Amsoil, and Prova. I will say this. When I used the Amsoil filter and did an oil change, the oil came out looking like it went in. So no, not all filter are created equal. I haven't done an oil change with the Prova yet. Not driving as much with WFH.

Pros: oil looked clean
Cons: not all filters equal
Vehicle: Subaru

Bosch Oil filter

I've been using Castrol high mileage 5w-30 lately with Bosch oil filters. I suspect I don't actually have the one I wanted, just the Bosch model fits my V. I think their premium line is supposed to be similar to the Filtech design. I added the appropriate amount of Marvel Mystery Oil to the pan about 100 miles ago. I haven't been calculating mpg, but notice the b20 engine runs smoother.

Pros: engine runs smoother
Mileage: 235000 km

Bosch Oil filter

Any oil filter made for the car is fine, I bought Bosch P7078 just because it's available and a brand that I recognize.

Pros: easily available
Part number: P7078
