Used the mitsubishi one’s in my 2006 9-3 - no issues in over 7 years of use. Used these NGK in my 2011 9-5 (they were $2 more per coil but had a 3 year warranty) Different engine with OEM being Denso but the NGK have worked fine over the past year.
I recently replaced using NGK. Solved my random miss holding at 5k. I'm pleased with them. Not lacking anything. It added some pep to my step, for sure.
10/10 the hitachi coils are genuine and have been solid on mine for 30,000mi.
Bought my Hitachi's from Rock Auto, don't remember the part number but I bought OEM replacements. 30k later and I'm still trucking.
Hitachi ignition coils. Got mine off Rockauto for $30 each. I believe they might be OE
NGK. Run em perfectly fine on my turbo D17, most "performance" coils won't net you any real gains lol they'll just be bright colors
I try to buy name-brand ignition coils like AC Delco, Denso, Motocraft or NGK. You're basically buying copper wire when you buy a coil . and the cheaper the coil, the less [copper.So](https://copper.So) they fail early
Hitachi IGC0003 from Rock auto, 3 years, zero issues.
Avoid Amazon if possible. I got fake NGK ignition coils once. I wouldn\u2019t order any part that is easily counterfeited off Amazon. Also got crush washers that were supposedly OEM spec, but they were made with the flimsiest piece of shit ever. I could bend them between my fingers.
Never had good runs with ngk
