Loving the Bosch headlights!

My goal with the TDI was to outfit it the way I would have ordered it from the factory. OEM Bosch Litronic xenon headlights OEM Hella Micro DE xenon driving lights OEM MFD navigation unit OEM black textured rubstrips Carefully relocated side markers to lower valence OEM Polizei FUNK switch OEM Passat W8 overhead console with red ambient LEDs OEM European headlight switch OEM 20th Sideskirts painted textured black Textured black grille OEM Motorola BOS Funk Polizei 2-way Radio OEM European Bora taillights Audi TT Wheels

I installed original Bosch european headlights that I had planned to install on the car before the accident happened.

I aimed the lights down and tinted the lenses to cut the glare. Teslas are horrible.

I have bosche oem lights and they have very poor performance at night.

Yeah Tesla’s are cool, getting one fixed is not. Had a headlight crack from road shrapnel on the freeway and was gonna get it replaced. Got quoted around $1,200-1,500 for one headlight that still has a functioning bulb because they only sell the assembly. Needless to say, piece of shit is still cracked and going strong 2 years later

Just had to replace both headlights for failed DRLs and one for no lamps at all at the tune of 1300. Her window regulator just failed so probably 300 for that.

i swear, every single fucking tesla out there has misaligned headlights from the factory. it's not that other cars don't have this issue, it's that damn near every tesla blinds me at night.

Is the question whether the owner replaced the horrible SAE/DOT 7" sealed beam units with E-Code H4 7" from Bosch or Hella or Cibié?
