Fuel pump DELPHI or AIRTEX

I had to do this several years ago and opted for the Delphi unit and do not regret my decision at all.

Yeah brother I got a $300 Delphi fuel pump for $30, along with an AC condesnor and extra brake pads.

I have a Delphi in mine for over a year. No issues so far.

Mine had that issue. I did the delphi pump. It helped, but I replaced a check valve to maintain fuel pressure. Can't remember the exact part. It completely stopped it.

I just installed a Delphi in my Jeep and it is noisy as heck! But works...

I had the same issue with a Delphi fuel pump. New pump in new sealed box with the correct part number on the box but wrong fuel pump inside. I also had the old pump out before I realized they were completely different.

I bought the more expensive delphi pump from rock auto after that and it also failed in about the same time frame.

I bought an “Airtex” brand pump from RA a little less than two years ago. It was starting to fail so just replaced it. Two years is too short.
