Engine radiator MISHIMOTO or Nissens

MISHIMOTO Engine radiator

Front tie bar, sometimes called a traction bar. Sharpens up the steering response, reduces torque steer significantly and in my case, reduced NVH

Pros: sharpens steering response, reduces torque steer
Cons: reduced NVH
Vehicle: Ford Fiesta

Nissens Engine radiator

My Nissens radiator has one just like this. Honestly, these are much better because you don’t need a tool to remove it.

Pros: tool-free removal, much better

Nissens Engine radiator

If you can\u2019t afford the OE Modine radiator, get a Nissens one from FCPEURO with BMW hoses (NOT Rein which are absolute junk). Stay far away from Mahle radiators which are also junk and not worth your time.

Cons: Rein hoses are junk

Rating 2.5

As for highway driving (when the high speed airflow takes over) I saw little to no difference with my OEM vs Mishimoto All-aluminum radiator. Hot day, w/ and w/o AC temps push 220F easily.

Cons: no difference from OEM, high temps
Vehicle: Mazda
