Front tie bar, sometimes called a traction bar. Sharpens up the steering response, reduces torque steer significantly and in my case, reduced NVH
I’ve also personally had good luck with mishimoto.
I am running a nissen radiator, no issues 4 years in.
Mishimoto makes a really good aluminum replacement, highly recommend
My Nissens radiator has one just like this. Honestly, these are much better because you don’t need a tool to remove it.
I would get a Mishimoto all aluminum radiator, superb cooling and you won’t have to worry about plastic failing again.
If you can\u2019t afford the OE Modine radiator, get a Nissens one from FCPEURO with BMW hoses (NOT Rein which are absolute junk). Stay far away from Mahle radiators which are also junk and not worth your time.
As for highway driving (when the high speed airflow takes over) I saw little to no difference with my OEM vs Mishimoto All-aluminum radiator. Hot day, w/ and w/o AC temps push 220F easily.
thats the first one i got adter the oem failed. But a oem rad is just as good and the fitment is bad, it also broke after 2,5 year. I did get a replacement on there warranty with only paying shipping so thats good but i sild that radiator as i needed a better one.
I have a mishimoto one and the Fitment is god awful would have gone with csf or koyorad if I did it again
