I run Valvoline restore & protect because 2x 5 qt jugs fits my 4 qt Prius and 6 qt Maverick perfectly and I run it on the Prius which has stopped oil burning from the low tension rings.
Both of my Guzzis ran better on Valvoline. This is if you’re in USA
I'm using Valvoline 0W-20 Restore and Protect, changing every 4,000 miles. '23 OBW, 56,000 miles. FYI, I did an oil analysis at my last oil change. Wear numbers were excellent, less than 1.5 ppm/1,000 miles. 3 iron, 2 aluminum, 1 copper over 4,128 miles. Fuel dilution was HIGH though, at 4.3%. They expect 1.5- 1.8% for direct injection turbos. According to the Motor Oil Geek, less than 5ppm/1,000 miles is considered good. I do a fair number of short trips, but also some longer runs. I'm going to go to max of 4,000 miles due to the gas dilution.
I’ve used it, no complaints.
I am using this exact oil at the moment and have no complaints.
One oil that seems to work from all the videos I've watched for cleaning varnish is the Valvoline Restore and Protect.
I use this on my Hyundai Elantra for the past 100k miles ... It's already at 200k and the engine still feels new ... I use Valvoline for everything including power steering ... Valvoline syn blend is a great oil option ...
Valvoline protect and restore has more detergents than any other I believe to clean out thew gunk. I've been running it in my car for 3 oil changes now.
Ulje mannol 5w30 tdi. Isto ulje ja koristim za svoj audi. Tak da bitan je servisni interval pa mo\u017ee i srednje kvalitete ulje.
I do believe that Valvoline R and R can cause oil leaks. I have noticed that in a couple of cars.
