Engine oil Shell or PENNZOIL

All three I ran Rotella T6 5w-40. I ran 5K oil changes with OEM or WIX filters. All had Blackstone oil analysis done, and all passed every time with flying colors.

5k with Rotella T6.

20 years driving modified STIs with zero issues.

i use pennzoil plat every 3k seems to be fine for the past 57k miles

I go every 5k using Pennzoil Platinum 5w-30, though it's just a stock engine/tune and more than half are highway miles

The engine itself runs great with the 48K I put on it in the past 2.5 years with biannual oil changes (Pennzoil Ultra Platinum). Averaging 27 MPGs on 91 Octane hwy miles, 24-25 mpg in the city.

Rotella T6 now comes in 10w-30 as well as a 5w-40 both are excellent choices.

I drive a 2021 RAM 1500 Classic and use only Pennzoil Ultra Platinum with the extended guard filter cartridges. I change my filter cartridge at 5,000 miles and reset my light then at around 10,000 miles, I change the oil and cartridge. There was one time I forgot to change my oil before winter and didn't feel like doing it in the cold so I ended up around 15,000 miles before changing it. The oil was still fairly clean.

I'll always use T6 because it's cheap, available, and damn good oil

Rotella T6 5w-40. No difference in fuel mileage or anything.
