Engine oil Shell or AMSOIL

AMSOIL Engine oil

For me amsoil signature series 0w20 a lot better than ravenol ehs 0w20.

I'm regularly using amsoil ss on my Honda L15z1 engine almost 7 years.

Pros: better than ravenol
Vehicle: Honda

Shell Engine oil

Can’t go wrong with Rotella T6. It’s marketed as a diesel engine oil, but gas engines love the stuff too. It’s just not great for catalytic converters, because it contains a high amount of anti-wear and anti-friction additives.

Pros: gas engines love it
Cons: bad for catalytic converters
Vehicle: BMW

I run Shell Rotella T6 5/40 I live in Florida. Slightly high copper on the STI. The Tribeca is fine and purrs like a kitten.

Pros: Tribeca purrs like kitten
Cons: high copper on STI
Vehicle: Subaru
