Engine oil LIQUI MOLY or RED LINE

LIQUI MOLY Engine oil

I've been using this exclusively in 3 of my cars. 2004 ford mustang, 2008 Chevy Suburban and a 2015 Mercedes CLA 250. All cars are over 120k on the clock and none have any excessive wear or leaks. I change the oil every 5 to 6k miles. No problems yet. It's a very solid product.

Pros: no excessive wear, no leaks
Mileage: 120000 km

LIQUI MOLY Engine oil

It’s all I use. No issues, I can’t say for sure if it made any difference with anything but I trust it.

A bit in the expensive side, but I use it and several Liqui-Moly products.

Pros: no issues, I trust it
Cons: expensive side

If you can use Redline 5w30, go right ahead. You will not have an issue. I call Redline the guarantee oil. I can pretty much guarantee that you will never have the dreaded lifter tick. It has been known to quieten a ticking engine too.

Pros: guaranteed lifter tick prevention
Cons: can be expensive

I run liquimoly and it has been great in every vehicle I've put it in. I run WIX XP filters. All my engines run beautifully. My ram 1500 tows frequent and gets ran harder than most.

Pros: engines run beautifully
