Engine oil LIQUI MOLY or OEM Volkswagen

I highly recommend running Liqui-Moly. Amazing oil and I have run it in every german car I have owned with no issues.

Oil needs to be specificly designed for VW. Been running 87 and 5w 40 on my mk7.5 for the last 40k of ownership. She loves it, no tics stutters or hiccups at 65k miles.

An oil change to Liqui Moly 5w40 worked wonders for mine. Still zero lifter tick after about 1500 miles. Highly recommend.

On the recommendation of my mechanic in reply to my quest to eliminate hot lifter tick in my 89K 1.6, Liqui Moly 5w40. Hot lifter tick is still nonexistent 1500 miles in.

Liqui Moly Molygen 5w40. Not cheap but I swear by it, made the engine quieter too

My GL550 has about 106k miles on it, just did an oil change with LiquiMoly 0w-40 and 2 bottles of LiquiMoly ceratec. Drove it kind of hard for a minute or so. Then noticed when I got back it had this noise.

It’s not any better than Walmart Castrol, just double if not triple the price. I’m 160k tuned!!!
