Engine oil LIQUI MOLY or Castrol

LIQUI MOLY Engine oil

Moly is 100000% better than whatever the fuck they use at the dealer. I swear, the moment I decided to start taking my VW to an indie shop that works on exclusively German cars, and asked them to use LiquiMoly, my car has run significantly better.

Pros: car runs significantly better
Vehicle: Volkswagen
Mileage: 100000 km

Castrol Engine oil

I talked with my friend who works in skoda dealership as mechanic, he told that castrol edge is the best motor oil for these mk 3 models because it comes from factory with it. They have run tests on Petrol and diesel engines and best for these engines is edge, because it's made for these engines.

Pros: best motor oil

LIQUI MOLY Engine oil

I have religiously changed the oil every 5000 miles for the past 30,000 miles or so with Liqui Moly 5-W30. I think it consumes about 1 quart of oil every 1500 miles or so so I figured maybe this would help that.

Pros: null
Cons: consumes oil
Vehicle: Volvo XC70
Mileage: 5000 km
