My 2006 WRX has 323k on Castrol 10w-30.
I run Castrol GTX conventional oil in my 1972 Chevy C10 (350). I also ran that in a 1976 BMW 2002 I had in the 80s.
Ive used these. Motorex was the best. Castrol was pretty good, and Shell in case the others were not available. Now at 34k odo without problems.
I'm a Castrol syntec guy and I like Kirkland oil. So that's what my cars get.
I'm personally running Castrol in the BMW bottle.
I have always used Motorex. I have the same bike and 3 other KTM’s. Always Motorex. I know it is spendy but it’s very high quality
Got some numbers for the oil pressure Water temp around 90-95C/194F. Ambient temp 28C/82F Oil 5W30 Castrol Edge LL Hot idle 20 PSI 2000RPM 60 PSI 3-5000RPM 70 PSI Looks okay?
My co workers wife had a high mileage Sienna 3.0. Oil leaking from every seal. We started using Castrol high mileage, it stopped leaving spots in his driveway and quit loosing 1.5 qrts between oil changes.
I used Castrol oil and was not satisfied but this oil till date has helped alittle with consumption as well.
Dude omg yes. I work at O'Reilly's and this castrol pisses me off.
