Engine oil AMSOIL or OEM BMW

I literally just changed my oil today, I love it, I have been using AMSOIL directly for years now with free shipping and free membership if you spend 500 a year or more if I recall correctly.

I use AMSOIL signature series 0W-30 but the Mobil-1 suggested by others is totally fine — AMSOIL is awesome but is expensive.

I ran Amsoil in my 2002 7.3 for years and it worked well for me.

Valvoline is ok, but that specific oil does not have the rating required for your vehicle. AMSOIL has by far better additives to clean/restore the engine. If you are currently using AMSOIL, then continue using it.

Original BMW 5w30 LL04. I'm sure other brands with the same specifications will be perfectly fine as well though.

I use Amsoil, all 3 holes.

The Engine oil is proven, the claim about the gearbox oil helping to find neutral easier was true for me, and the primary fluid does just that.

I have amsoil 20/50 in the crank, amsoil primary, and amsoil tranny. It’s the bees knees

Any synthetic - I like the Amsoil.

Suggested I change oil from Castrol Syntec to maybe Royal Purple or Amsoil.

Those guys don't replace you crush washer, and the oil the use is crap.
