Brake pads Raybestos or STOPTECH

It's a solid pedal feel.

To me it looks like brake pad material on your rotors due to your street pads melting. Slap a new set a cheap pads on there from Autozone or something and drive it for a week or two that material should come off. As long as you don’t have vibration while braking they should still be good. Just make sure to use track pads next time. I personally run StopTech 309 pads because they’re good on track and street

I got Stoptech Sport pads that I've used on track and street for many years.

I've had great results from Raybestos ST43s and Ferodo DS2500s for dual duty.

I run StopTech Sport pads on my E92 M3 and they hold up very well for a dual duty pad. I prefer them over the other options listed.

I'm using raybestos SP436ATRH for the pads and raybestos 96632FZN for the rotors. Been using them since January and have put about 6k on them, living in a really hilly area with my drums being basically useless because the shoes have been coated in gear oil due to an axle leak. I javent had any issues with brake fade or warping and I took them on a 2hr trip to west virginia from central ohio in March.

I replaced my rear pads with Raybestos EHT1761 at 23,000 miles. I did not replace the rotors as they were undamaged. I did buy rear rotors, Powerstop EBR1697EVC. I am at 37,000 now with no dust, no noise, and minimal pad wear.

On rockauto, Raybestos sells the element 3 rotor and brake and rotor kit. Basically all I use for my brake changes now. Great stopping power, and pads last a good while also. Highly recomend Raybestos element 3.

I installed these less than a year ago on my 4runner. At first, I thought the squealing was going to go away after I broke them in. But almost a year later and they squeal really loud even if I brake slowly at low speeds.
