I have been using the power stop carbon fiber pads on my 2007 Lexus IS250. They have 60k miles on them, and still have 9mils of thickness. They literally look brand new. I love them, and theyre much less dusty than OEM.

Pros: less dusty than OEM, look brand new
Vehicle: Lexus
Mileage: 96560 km

I use to buy trw ATEC, after use found out its leave alot of break dust. After doing some research, I found out the TREW ATEC made for metalic that why it have alot of dust. I change to TRW DTEC which made form ceramic it not dusty and more silent.

Pros: more silent, not dusty
Cons: alot of break dust

My experience with PowerStop (on my old Mazda 3) is that they tend to have more bite but, wear out quicker and have more brake dust than OEM. That being said, they were quiet and held up fine until they were fully worn down.

Pros: more bite, quiet, held up fine
Cons: wear out quicker, more brake dust
Vehicle: Mazda 3

The Power Stop pads do have the end clips but they are moving in the calipers a little. After following the break in instructions that include hard braking the metal sound pad on the outside of the pad slid up and wrecked it somewhat.

Pros: end clips included
Cons: clips moving, pad wrecked
