I too use PowerStops in my 2015 Mazda 3 s GT and 2017 CX-9 GT. Second set in my Mazda 3. They are superior to the OEM and cost ~$200 + tax for both axels including pads, rotors, all hardware and lubricant. Surfacing the old rotors is not worth it.
I replaced brakes on my wife’s CX5 for about $200 in PowerStop parts. Easy peasy.
I replaced the pads only to reduce brake dust (Centric Posi-Quiet).
I use powerstop ceramic and love them. I also have the slotted and dried rotors. Far superior than stock.
Install these. You will be glad you did....reduces brake dust by 90%. No difference in performance. I am 15K miles into mine and love these pads.
I’ve had the powerstop pro ceramics and their rotors since I bought my JK in 2012. Replaced with same, never an issue
They have been great. Quiet, I like the pedal feel, they stop the truck well, no dust.
I’ve had powerstop z36 rotors and carbon pads on 2 trucks so far and I haven’t had a single issue with the pads, and no brake dust is nice too.
Power Stop Z26-687A Extreme Performance Brake Pad
I've been using powerstop track day spec pads for 5 years and aside from crazy brake dust they are the ultimate bang for buck.
