Brake pads EBC or OEM Volkswagen

Well, the brake pads aren't stock - I've replaced them a few times.

on stock caliper, I recommend these

Girodisc Front rotors

OEM rear rotors

EBC Yellow pad front, rear

SRF Castrol DOT4 brake fluid.

I just recently did a EBS red stuff with EBC slotted rotors package deal and I've been super happy. Reduced dust, only a squeak or two when wet/super cold, and bite is much improved.

For added stop on high heat, I use EBC YELLOW STUFF pads.

I got ebc yellow stuff pads on my car and they work great. I paired them with vented Brembo discs I can say till now I don’t have regrets

I can vouch for the polo. It\u2019s been 5 years and some modifications. Other than brake pads and tyres it runs as good as it did the day I got it(actually better, because of the mods.)

I like the EBC SR11 but a little noisy at lower speeds & temps.

I legit just installed the same pads and rotors and the squealing is driving me nuts. It’s only from my passenger side and happens sporadically under light breaking. Everything I have read says it will go away. However I’m at about 400km and it’s still there.

I got about 500 miles on new EBC red pads and EBC rotors. They made so much noise when I first installed them, now only the driver side is still making a squeal on occasion. I assume the passenger side bedded and the driver side is close behind. My main question is for anyone who has these pads, do they ever chill out on brake dust? I can only assume they are not fully bedded in yet but holy god they dust like crazy. I can honestly say this whole experience has been terrible and EBC customer service is non-existent.
