I changed over to ebc yellows for a track day and still have them on 1.5 years later.. LOTS of brake dust but the stopping power is night and day.

Pros: huge stopping power
Cons: lots of brake dust

EBC brakes are great. They have rotors and pads. The Ultimax pads are the best street pads with low dust.

Pros: best street pads, low dust

EBC Brake pads

I've been using EBC pads for a while now with a couple brands in between and EBC just seems to have some of the best bang-for-buck.

My use-case is daily driving and spirited weekend drives, so I can't comment on more aggressive or track use. I know some folks really don't like them for serious track cars so be mindful of that.

Pros: best bang-for-buck, good for daily/spirited
Cons: not for serious track use

EBC Brake pads

I've been using these on my '19 PP MT and have noticed a pretty good difference! However, I paired them with the EBC Redstuff pads.

Pros: pretty good difference

The rotors are amazing, I've been running them for 4 years now but those pads are absolute trash especially in the rain.

Pros: rotors are amazing
Cons: pads are trash

EBC yellow is really more of a daily driver pad than a track pad. I have them on my Golf R and they faded easily on the track. Great on the street though

Pros: great on the street
Cons: fades easily on track

I’ve clocked 14k, and yes, I’ve already finished off my brake pads. Truth be told, I don’t really expect them to last longer since I drive quite aggressively. Now, the OEM pads cost roughly around 6k with labor. Honestly, I don’t think they’re worthwhile, as the braking feels noisy and lacks bite.

Cons: noisy, lacks bite
Mileage: 14000 km

Installed EBC SG two piece racing rotors and EBC RP1 pads on my M2 about three weeks ago. My rotors currently look like this (photos attached) after a recent track day - brakes felt like they were grinding while on track.

Cons: brakes grinding
Vehicle: BMW M2
