EBC yellows are completely fine. I used them when I tracked my Gen coupe and never had an issue. Dusty as shit, but I liked em for the track.

Pros: completely fine
Cons: dusty
Vehicle: Hyundai Coupe

EBC Brake pads

I drove pretty damn hard all 3 sessions in the novice group passing all kind of faster cars that I didn’t expect to. I had minimal brake fade and a light pulsation developing later in the session after long straights but never came close to an “oh shit” moment. I was pleasantly surprised the next day when I inspected the brakes and found the pads around 2/32nds and the rotors well above minimum spec. I expected to go metal to metal before the end of the day.

Pros: minimal fade, good life
Cons: light pulsation

I have ebc reds. I still get lots of brake dust and I prefer the bite of oem pads more. Not to say reds are bad, they just didn't meet my expectations for a daily.

Pros: good bite
Cons: lots of dust

OEM BMW Brake pads

But seriously, having owned several BMW's and Porsche products (equally bad for brake dust) I've just gotten used to cleaning wheels more often and ignoring dirty wheels when I don't have time or energy to clean them that day.

Cons: lots of brake dust

EBC Brake pads

I bought and installed EBC red stuff pads on my stoptech slotted rotors. I also have stainless steel brake lines too. I've had several techs tell me my brakes are fine, but I literally can push the brake pedal to the floor in some cases, including the highway. It stays like that for a while too as I'll be driving at 60+ mph, go to stop and it has a long bit of travel. I will even pump up the brake pedal while at red lights and stop signs just to get some more bite but I feel like I might fuck up the master cylinder doing this enough. The fluid was flushed less than 6 months ago, but I feel like I need to switch to a better pad if this is actually the issue. I felt like my ABS wasn't even going off at one point due to these pads, or that I had some trapped air in my lines.

Cons: Brake pedal goes to the floor, long travel
