Brake pads Brembo or DBA

I got 85000 mi from the original ceramic pads then replaced the rotors and pads (with Brembo).

GSF car parts have Brembo disks and pads front and rear £228.31 inc vat

I had Brembo pads and rotors put on my 2019 S5 coupe. I actually like them better than OEM parts they replaced.

You've been quoted £1150 FOR A BRAKE JOB?! To put it into perspective, you can get fairly high end pads and discs (Brembo and the likes) for around £4-500 if you look around, and the job takes 2 hours tops.

I put on some Brembo ceramic pads on the rears and it felt a tad softer braking.

I had Brembo rotors and ceramic pads front and rear on my 2017 V60 T5. Rotors were fine, the pads wore out ridiculously fast. Switched to Akebono pads and was much happier. They lasted literally twice as long.

Brembo may have great stopping power but if this is the shelf life of their products definitely regret optioning them.
