Brake discs Zimmermann or STOPTECH

Used Zimmerman rotors with Akebono pads

I use Zimmerman rotors and OEM pads from fcpeuro. I like the bite the oem pads have compared to ceramic. More brake dust yes, but I want a car to stop as fast as possible.

I've run Zimmerman rotors with EBC red stuff ceramic pads. No complaints.

I have Zimmerman rotors with Textar pads on my 19 alltrack. I’m actually looking at these for my Tiguan too!

I've used Zimmerman rotors with Akebono pads... Less brake dust. I've used TRW in the past and way too much brake dust for my liking.

Been running Zimmerman for over a decade, never had an issue.

I got Zimmermann coated rotors and TRW Ultra ceramic pads, but I just daily mine and it never sees the track.

I did Zimmerman/Akebono on my e39 about 3000 mikes ago. My only complaint is the bite. It doesn't have that initial braking force the OEM pads had. It still slows the car down without fail, just a different feel.

Ordered zimmerman f brake discs and they were not riveted tight enough. The two-piece brake disc made a clicking noise when braking at low speed.
