Brake discs POWER STOP or Detroit Axle

I always run Powerstop. They're great pricing and great brakes setup. All my vehicles has powerstop setup. I consider them great budget brake system over oem.

had them on my 05’ G35, loved them great customer service and warranty , one rotor warped I emailed them , they sent me a free set of rotors.

I run the power stop drilled and slotted rotors on my vehicles I have never had an issue with them wearing what I would consider prematurely.

My 2018 Mazda6 GT needed rotors and brakes at 47,000KM so 28K miles checks out. I put on power stops.

coated power stop rotors and their ceramic pads. have never had a problem with any power stop parts ever, the coating holds up well in my experience, and the pads feel just as good as anything else ive tried.

We had the first instance of warped rotors at 15k and the dealer resurfaced them under warranty. Then at 25k it sounded like a NYC subway train pulling into the station at slow stops. Returned to the dealer to be told that they wouldn't work on the brakes again without us replacing the pads and rotors on our dime. I believe the rotors were getting glazed. Decided to go with the PowerStop drilled and slotted rotors and ceramic pads, replaced them at home and we've been very happy for another 10k. Improved brake performance and as quiet as can be.

Edit: adding that not only is the brake performance excellent, the fact that they don’t rust is a huge plus!

Thats not a VW problem, that a cheap/faulty brake rotor problem. The only car I ever owned that would not shake when braking hard over 70 mph was my 2014 cruze with fresh power stop rotors and pads.

Put them on my exes tundra. Followed the break in procedure but they soon developed pulsation, as another commenter said. Wouldn’t get them again.
