Battery Tesla or Energizer

Energizer Battery

I've noticed the 20xx Energizer series seem to be made in Japan. Refreshing since they don't stink like the Ikea MIC ones.

Pros: made in Japan
Cons: stink like Ikea

Energizer Battery

I didn't get long lasting power from "any brand name". Switching to Energizer or Panasonic did much better, like 2 years.

Pros: better, lasted 2 years
Cons: not long lasting power

I have a ‘21 (Dec 2020) M3 LR AWD w/19”. I’ve put 52K miles on it so far. Generally speaking, I’ve seen very little degradation.

Pros: very little degradation
Cons: range overly optimistic
Mileage: 52000 km

My 2019 M3 with 50K miles says 288 miles today (310 original) but it has been far lower at times (255 miles) and bounces around.

Pros: 288 miles today
Cons: bounces around
Mileage: 50000 km

Tesla Battery

All Teslas lose about 10% of their range in their first year. And then it levels off considerably after that.

Pros: levels off considerably
Cons: 10% range loss

Energizer Battery

I started using Energizer a few years ago after EVERY SINGLE DURACELL BATTERY in a 24-pack I bought corroded just as badly as the 1st battery on the left in your picture! This was regardless of whether the battery was in a device like a clock that was always running, in a device that is used when needed like my flashlight, or stored in my home office.

Pros: prevent alkaline leakage
Cons: Duracell corroded badly
