IMHO, Exide works well till the last second and then dies off without any symptoms. Amaron shows alot of symptoms like extra cranking and lights dim for interior and dash lights when it's nearing its demise. Hence I moved to amaron. So should you.

Pros: Amaron shows symptoms
Cons: Exide dies without symptoms

Exide Battery

After reading all replies and knowing the price of the dealers option, I took my chance with a Exide battery AGM 12-23, it was a perfect fit.

Pros: perfect fit
Part number: AGM 12-23

OEM Toyota Battery

The price on a brand new Toyota OEM battery for the 2019 SE nightshade edition is 445$ish about 500$ after taxes. It’s designed for the stop start in the vehicle, it’s also backed by a 84 month warranty so you’ll never have to pay for a new battery for 84 months. When it comes to the battery, I would always go with OEM and have a good warranty on that battery as I do not want to deal with having to shell out another 200-300 dumpster autozone battery that has 3 year warranty or less.

Pros: designed for stop-start, 84-month warranty
Vehicle: Toyota Highlander

I don't think they are good at inverters, but I have used their battery for ups which lasted 4 years, now i am using the second one which completed one year

Only thing I've added is a dash cam and all-weather mats. 26k miles with the fuel sender recall completed and a dead battery that is a known issue otherwise no issues.

Pros: 0% financing, quick around town
Cons: dead battery issue
Vehicle: Toyota
Mileage: 26000 km

Exide Battery

This one looks like it’s in very good shape, I’ve seen similar for sale for $200 to $300 but the couple I’ve seen at auction sold for $80 and $110 if my memory is correct. Both where in much worse shape than yours.

Pros: very good shape
Cons: expensive if new

Exide Battery

We’ve been using Luminous inverter with an Exide battery for about a year now. No issues so far, works well to provide backup for about 4 hours.

Pros: works well, no issues

OEM Toyota Battery

I have a 10+ year old Prius C that had a 100k-mile warranty on the battery. It failed at 108k and cost $4k to replace. It's at 230k miles now, and I expect to have to replace it again (but who knows?)

Pros: car has been rock-solid
Cons: battery failed, costly replacement
Mileage: 173791 km
