Battery ODYSSEY or OEM Volvo

Odessey batteries . 5 years in AZ heat and still cranks . IMO it’s the only one I get my monies worth.

I went with Odyssey Extreme gel cell and its worth the price!

I got 14 years out of the battery in my Volvo.

My go to now is odyssey, though they are fairly pricy. If i dont have a choice, like when my battery literally [exploded](https://www.reddit.com/r/Justrolledintotheshop/comments/pqcbcm/i_sounded_like_a_shotgun/], i get optima.

I swear by odyssey batteries in particular the pc1500st

I've installed the Odyssey Extreme battery in my Outback. These are AGM with 99% pure lead, not the alloy. Best battery I've come across.

With winter coming, I bought an odyssey extreme battery for my 2017. I’m not going to risk it.

I installed the old battery after recharging it and it has been working great until now. The new battery was faulty and I ended up returning it for a refund.
