if your car is stock, you don't have to worry too much about the oil and filter. i think last time i went with a mobile 1 filter and their extended performance oil but I have used other brands too. any OEM filter will be fine.

I would not hesitate to use Mobil1 in my RAV4. I think it's more important that you change the oil than the brand of oil. I have not used Amsoil in 15 years, but my experience was that it was solid.

I use Mobil 1 oil filters purchased from Walmart. They’ve been good for me so far.

used mobil 5W-30 while ago, discovered it consume oil too fast. after that i’m stick with seasons cheapest LL01 approved oil. Elf 900FT 5W-40 for several years, going to try Penzoil 5W-40. N52 consume oil anyways.. but bit slower than 5W-30.

Motul. Really anything except Mobil 1, that shit kills EJ’s.
