Lemforder all the way. Used those for my E46 rack swap.

Ended up putting Lemforder tie rods as well. It feels like a new car !!!

I just did my entire front end. I got the Lemforder kit control arms with the bushings already pressed in, came with the entire tie rod and ball joints. Overall the parts seemed like good quality, and it's infinitely better on the road than it was.

I knocked the old one out with just a wood block and an old wheel rotor under the control arm, and a metal screw top from an old shock to smack on the top edge of the bushing with a hammer. Drives nice

FYI - I received the parts and both arrived in actual Lemforder boxes. Looks like original Lemforder parts after all.

Solid TRE are off a B5 S4. I changed them a while back, opted for Lemforder, not that much change in the driving feeling just eliminating 1 extra spot for rubber to get all worn out.

Have had to warranty out quite a few sets of Lemforder arms these days. Unfortunate to see as they use to be top notch.

It was a LEMFORDER and thats why I went for this part. So got the car up got both disconnected and off. Tried to put the one that I got that is 191 411 315B on but no way.
