I had this happen on my alternator recently. Was in the shop for 2 months trying to figure out the issue. Bosch alternator. Original voltage regulator had gone bad. Loss of charge after initial load.

I run Bosch Reman injectors. I've only had to replace the original injectors, and that was 70k miles ago.
I have 3 Hondas that use the same cabin filters. Costs me $33 to get Bosch filters.
I do them every 6 months.
Genuine wipers only (last for years) as aftermarket ones like Bosch don't have enough tension and need replacing quickly.
I run more or less the same motor (2.1liter-276 Schrick-10.5CR), and I'm using stock Bosch spark plugs.
Clean first with window cleaner. Then use clay bar with quick detail spray. Clean again with window cleaner, followed up by isopropyl alcohol on a microfiber towel, and new set of wiper blades. Just did this a few days ago and all streaking went away. Crystal clear windshield.
I got Bosch pads for my '15 off of Amazon. They've been fine on the street, but I've not really pushed the brakes hard
With "NO" MIL on, 22 year old Bosch OEM fuel regulator installed, there was poor performance under load and upon hard acceleration. LTFT under hard acceleration went to ~13%. But, LTFT under light soft acceleration went to 4%. After replacing fuel regulator under hard acceleration LTFT 8%.
A few hours later he came back with a new S4 018 Bosch battery (original one was Yuasa HSB056). He assured me it had the same specs, despite being a different brand (40Ah, 12V). He installed it, and then told me it was a “slightly different base size” from the old one.
My partner once took her Toyota in for a service, and as part of it they removed the relatively new Bosch wipers that I had fitted (4 weeks old maybe?), and put on their crap ones - and charged her for it. It was smearing after a few weeks again.
