Rating 5.0

I've been daily driving my SR11 for a year, and almost 10k miles in my Type R. Never had these issues, not even close. As someone else said, I have immediate bite even in zero degree temps. Have tracked them a few times with no issues either. I bought another set for when these eventually wear out, although that is taking a while.

Pros: immediate bite, consistent braking
Vehicle: Honda Civic
Mileage: 10000 km

Ceramic pads are quiet and create minimal dust. I have the Brembo package and definitely lose some initial bite after installing Akebono Cermics, but I have grown accustomed to it. Love not having to clean dust off of my wheel all the time.

Pros: quiet, minimal dust
Cons: lose initial bite
Vehicle: Honda Civic

They have great bite, are quiet, and have very little dust. I do wear my pads out faster than most, but that's because 28 miles of my 52 mile round trip commute are on mountain roads and I do drive pretty hard. So far, I have not warped the rotors(did that with other stock style rotors).

Pros: great bite, quiet, low dust
Cons: faster pad wear

I got some from brakeperformance for about 350$ including ceramic pads which are 25$ extra, front back rotors and pads, pretty sure I put the back rotors on wrong but oh well, electronic PB is a pain in the ass to put in maintenance mode. But remember we only have 200hp unturned, we don't really need slotted and drilled brakes but man does the car stop fast so that's a plus

Pros: stops fast

POWER STOP Brake pads

Nah these are solid and I would say probably one of the best non big brake kits you could possibly get performance wise that's just my opinion though. I run their Carbon weave track pads, the braided steel brake lines, front and rear calipers, and drilled/slotted rotors got the entire front/rear kit w calipers for about 700 and the lines were about 150 I think. I've had them for 3 years now and they've been amazing I've done one set of pad changes so far and I'm going to be doing pads again and replacing the rotors next summer I've not had one problem with the parking brake sticking or the calipers siezing. Rotors haven't cracked or warped or anything and still have a smooth feel to them braking no Hotspots. The rotors themselves also held up amazing rust wise. This is on a 2007 civic Si. I also have not had one instance of brake fade and the bite is MUCH better than OEM.

Pros: amazing brakes, no fade
Cons: caliper chipping
