Wiper blades rainx or Trico
I eventually ended up finding a set of Trico Silicone Blades at Napa, and those have worked significantly better for me. I’ve had them since March of this year, and they’re still decently solid.
I bought some rain-x latitude blades and they seem decent.
I have those blades (rain-x silicone endura) and that car. I took really thick nail clippers to the part that the guy dremeled. Basically wire cutters. Simple job. The wipers clip right in mounting perfectly and I’ve used them repeatedly since. No issues at all.
RainX blades have always been my go-to
I only drive about 7k miles a year but replace wipers every six months. I’ve tried different brands but have found that the Rainex hybrids are the best.
I’ve been using the rain-x latitude, those ones are nice but I want to try the Powerstop power clears, I love their brakes/brake kits so when I saw they are doing wipers now I checked them out and want them pretty bad, cant wait to need new wipers again lol
Only Trico and Bosh have survived in the Texas sun for over a year. OEMs are junk too
I personally used Bosch on all my cars but I got the Rain X ones recently. Amazing in rainy weather, total ass for durability winter wise, they are already losing shape.
A lot of people saying OEM. I think this is where I\u2019d disagree going OEM for Lexus. The wipers that came with my 25 RX suck. I got the car in January and I already need new ones. The RainX silicon ones last way longer and are way better IMO.
The locking mechanism sucks and I had one fly off on the highway.
