I have had excellent experiences buying the Michelin brand beam-style wiper blades on sale at Costco. Decent prices and the wipers do an excellent job. I replace mine every 15-18 months.

Pros: excellent job, decent prices

I recently bought the Michelin Guardians Plus Hybrid from Costco and it's pretty great. It was only $7 or $8 per blade. It's noticeably quieter and smoother than stock for rain.

Pros: quieter and smoother

They’re Michelin. And while they’re not fantastic or anything. They’re more than good enough, and cheap enough to swap every 6 months if needed.

Pros: more than good enough, cheap to swap
Cons: not fantastic

Mine were skipping on the windshield literally on day 1. Thought I dreamed changing them out. They were WORSE brand new than the old pair was used.

Cons: skipping on the windshield

I noticed the same issue with my wipers. I bought them in April, and they’ve been pretty terrible. I thought I might have just received a defective set. They left a weird black residue on my hands after installation—my hands looked like I’d just come from a hard day at the auto shop. To top it off, they also leave a 4-inch wide streak on the driver’s side!

Cons: pretty terrible, black residue
