3 years huh? I think I have my factory-original wipers on a 16 year old Subaru. Might be different environments and usage patterns but isn't this the sort of thing you don't replace if they're still working perfectly?
I bought replacement wiper blades from Costco, the Michelin brand. They come with an adapter. I think they were $8 on sale
I have michelin endurance XT on my R currently and they’re quite nice.
Try Michelin blades- sold @Costco and discounters. I'm on a 2nd set, a bit bulky, but great- exceeds OEM in New England winter. No problems with mount and hold.
Replaced my ‘24 CRV blades this morning, I used the Michelin Guardian+ Beam replacement blades, $15 from Costco and the box includes the adapter to fit the factory arms. Find the B/C adapter, remove the C attachment and you’re left with the B adapter; slides right into the arm and clicks in.
I have them (cheap Michelins) on two cars, no noise at all. I've had better performing blades, but not for the price.
The Michelin ones Costco sells are fine for the price, but they suck compared to Icons.
You're going to be replacing them every year, if not twice a year. They are trash, trust me I used to buy these for all of my cars. Use the Icon's or similar silicon-based windshield wipers. They cost a little more but they provide longevity & clarity.
I don't have a positive recommendation for you, but I got the michelin ones from costco and I regret. Way too streaky and squeaky
Costco Michelin branded wipers are horrible. I used them on an Acura TL and an MDX are they are terrible quality
