Water pump AISIN or GMB

Just replaced my water pump and thermostat on my 2015. Aisin pump, which is oem was $150 on amazon. $40 for the thermostat. Super easy to replace yourself. Especially if they want $4000 to do it.

Me and various others I know have used GMB water pumps before with no issues.

My impression was (recommended by many) this specific seller had everything OEM, water pump was the correct Aisin one.

I checked the old water pump and took it out by removing the front plate of the engine... The old water pump moves fine but it does make a squeaking noise and is quite old however it does move.

Aisin Timing and Waterpump Installed... not buying again as the plastic turbine broke and caused the headgasket to blow.

Aisin is of course the manufacturer of the defective one you are replacing. So there is that.
