YOKOHAMA Tires

Yoko fleva v701 just got them on this year. Before that prev owner had rt660s. I only drive in warm conditions but may get caught in a bit of rain where I live. Backroads mostly.

Pros: drive in warm conditions

I would seriously consider the Yokohama Geolandar x-cv. I replaced the crap falkens around 31k miles, have about 22k on the yokos and they are fantastic. They also still look and drive new, probably will get 50-60k out of them. They ride very smooth

Pros: ride very smooth, look new
Vehicle: Mazda
Mileage: 31000 km

YOKOHAMA Tires

I have the Yoko geolandar g018 on my 22' in MT. I just switched to my winter studs for the ice on BZN pass, but otherwise the Yokohamas were doing great in the snow.

Pros: doing great in snow

Last week I got a flat tyre on my back from the office and found that this tyre on my 2-month-old Suzuki Fronx (Aug 2025 model) is no more usable. Found a chipped off thread grip on the driver's side tyre, which resulted in low pressure. Due to driving at that pressure, the side liner developed cracks, losing its pressure holding capacity. Commonly, it is a clear case of prolonged low-pressure driving. However, in my case, since the tyre always looked low on pressure, I made sure to check the tyre pressure at every gas station while refueling. Now I am running on a spare tyre and wondering if I should go for the same tyre (MRF Wanderer 195/60 R16) or another brand.

Pros: tyre looked low on pressure
Cons: chipped off thread grip, side liner cracks
Vehicle: Suzuki

MRF Tires

I burst my Elevate tyre due to my mistake (side wall damage), only 3k KMs on the odometer. MRF rejected the claim but Honda provided new tyre for free as a part of goodwill warranty.

Cons: tire burst, warranty rejected
Vehicle: Honda
Mileage: 3000 km
