Tires YOKOHAMA or GOODRIDGE

I had some Yokohama Geolandar at/4s on my xterra and tundra and I love(d) them. They still give the look while keeping the noise down in my expirience .

Yes legit! Bought Yokohama tires way back 2019 before pandemic in S&R BGC.

I also have a 22 Rav and hated the stock Dunlop Grandtrek tires. I finally swapped them out with a set of Yokohama Avid Ascend and i am very happy with them. Very quiet.

My Crosstrek still has the original Yokohama tires at 77k miles sitting at 7/32".

Right now I've got a set of Yok A052s on for autocross. They've served me well for that purpose, but everyone says not to run them on the track or that's the end of those tires. Given the wear I've seen just from one short season of autocross, I believe them.

Did a bunch of research and ended up with Yokohama avid ascend GT. Reviews were good, dry and wet performance were all great, I only saw some negatives about wear being quicker and 1 Reddit comment about how bad it handed.

That Reddit comment was right. On center it was the most vague I could turn the steering wheel a few inches and feel nothing. It felt like it was drifting at times as if it were gusting.

I had a set of Goodrides. Dealer threw them on a used truck I bought. Went from new to bald in 30k km. Junk.
