Tires Vredestein or WANLI

A buddy of mine had a set of their snow tires - oh geez, about 10 years ago now? I remember them because they were freaking fantastic - keeping up with 4wd Jeeps in an 84 Accord through Wilson Twp in PA. I just remember driving his car and just could not believe the snow grip.

i just bought a set of these this past fall. havent had a chance to drive them yet though. real cheap and they seem to be very beefy and the sidewalls are super sturdy. low tread wear also. Wanli s-1099 215/40/17

4 studded Vredestein Transport Snow's 185/75/R14 8-ply, load index 102, N speed-rated (up to 87 mph) I'd go with all 4 tires, rather than just the rears.
