GENERAL TIRE Tires

They’ve been through unplowed snowy canyons and never missed a beat, I was worried mud tires would be horrible in the winter but they were great.

Pros: great in winter
Cons: worried mud tires horrible

Rating 4.0

I like my general G-Max's. All season is a stretch and they are a bit loud, but the grip is good and the sidewall is supportive.

Pros: good grip, supportive sidewall
Cons: bit loud, not all-season

GENERAL TIRE Tires

General Grabber Arctic LTs for snow and ice. I also run KO2s in the summer, but they don't have great stopping power on icy or snow-packed roads. The Arctic LTs are just amazing in those conditions, I'm really happy with them as a winter tire.

Pros: amazing in snow and ice
Cons: KO2s stopping power bad

GENERAL TIRE Tires

I had a problem where the Generals were 20 dollars a tire more than the Firehawks. I probably gave up some wet traction for higher overall performance in the dry, but it's good to see that the G-Max isn't a bad option, either.

Pros: higher overall performance
Cons: gave up wet traction
