Tires NITTO or Sailun

NITTO Tires

I have the trail grapplers m/t in 37s on my CJ7 and they're amazing how good they do in all conditions, ok on the road, great in mud, great for crawling over rocks wet and dry, and amazing in snow at 1 in p.s.i. for a road tire.

Pros: great in mud, amazing in snow
Cons: don't last forever

Personally had to replace the OEM tires on my EUV at around 24k~ miles, after a lot of back and forth I decided to get the Sailun Erange tires and I have around 1k miles on them so far and I have no complaints, I seem to be getting about the same range as before.

Pros: same range as before
Cons: had to replace OEM
Mileage: 1000 km

NITTO Tires

I've had my Ridge Grapplers for about 4 years. Mostly highway. My only complaint would be wet pavement traction is not as good as I would prefer. Dry pavement is as good as I need it. Best traction of any tire I've ever had in snow. Road noise is pretty damn low for an aggressive looking tire. The best thing about these tires that will make me get another set soon is that I currently have about 100,000 miles on them.

Pros: good in snow, low noise
Cons: poor wet traction
Mileage: 160934 km

Take a look for some Nitto in your area. Made by Toyo and decent looking tread patterns. And 3pms rated on a few.

Pros: decent looking tread

These are the roughest riding tire ever. I used to replace with the Michelin M/S2, but nowadays on my last two Rams, I run the Nitto 420V and I like them better in all respects.

Pros: better in all respects
Cons: roughest riding tire

NITTO Tires

Ran these for 1.5 years had two flats. Still had good tread depth. One was a rock puncture which I have never had before. On my beater truck so I wheeled the piss out of them. Good in snow, ice, mud and sand. Bad on wet roads imo.

Pros: good tread depth, good in snow
Cons: two flats, bad on wet roads

NITTO Tires

When I got my TRD Pro that came with the stock nittos I couldn’t stand the road noise, immediately swapped them out for K02s and it was a world of a difference, I haven’t run other popular tires but I would never recommend the nittos after my experience.

Pros: world of a difference
Cons: couldn’t stand the noise
Vehicle: Toyota

I have the Ridge Grapplers. Got them because so many people online mentioned how quiet they are. Their definition of quiet differs greatly from mine. They will also get progressively louder as miles go by.

Cons: louder as miles go
