I recently put HPAS 205/50/15 Nitto Neo Gen on my NB since i’m on a budget. So far they’ve been much better than expected. They grip significantly noticeably more than what the previous owner had (ironman tires.) they grip to the point i struggle to throw the rear out without kicking it. Last tires I could cut the wheels and just hit it and the rear would slip out but with these even flicking it doesn’t want to break out. They’ve been performing great in corners as well, I’ve been able to take some 10-20mph faster without worry.
Went in for touch up woolwax undercoating yesterday and put on some new Nitto Terra Grappler 3s to replace the factory tires last week.
Personally go with nitto ridge grapplers .. they are fantastic on the highway not loud.. very comfortable… also though they are amazing in sand and off road dirt/mud. I bough the ridge grapplers that you can easily get 50-60k miles with normal rotation..
I go camping often, so she’s good in the mud. I use Nitto Grappler tires and they’re fantastic.
3" lift/level, 16" wheels (i like Method), 33" Nitto Ridge Grapplers. The offset should give you a 1" poke for a more aggressive look.
I enjoy my Nitto g2 NT555’s.
Northeast Ohio… not great in snow, bad wear when trailering. Enjoyed my G2’s much better
Not sure what size you are planning or what platform, but I'll give you Nitto feedback FWIW.
17' cummins 35-12.50-18's .It will pick up rocks and throw them a lot. Maybe have 20-25k and are less than half tread.
late to the post but i just hit 70,000 km on my ridge grapplers. shit tire off road, snow, ice, mud but will last.
Just replaced my first one bc there was a chunk coming out of the sidewall, wouldn't stay inflated more than 5 minutes. Had about 13k miles on them. Won't be getting them again.
