Tires Nexen or Uniroyal

I run the Nexen Roadian AT Pro RA8 in North Dakota winters and they haven't failed me yet

Uniroyal tiger paw. Barely hit m/kwh, nice grip.

FWIW, I have a similar pickup, gets driven maybe 1500 miles a year, and I have had those exact Nexen's on it for a few years now, they have been solid and 90% of when this is driven is in the winter, otherwise it just sits out in the sun.

For budget friendly option, you can try Nexen Roadian AT Pro RA8. Korean made, quite durable been using it for 30k kms and no problem so far.

I have a pair of tiger paw uniroyals on my Mazda 3 for my daily driver

It’s a okay tire and honestly just a tire with nothing special to it. It’ll get you to point A and B like it should.

This one came with Nexen tires that were brand new when I purchased the truck. To be honest, these were the worst tires I have ever owned. Well, I have had a lot of issues in rain where these totally loose traction in the rain going perfectly straight. Didn't matter how fast I was traveling. The final straw was with my wife in light rain and a slightly wet road, turning onto an onramp at about 30mph and the entire rear end started sliding like we were on ice, without me trying to accelerate yet.

Those are literally one of the worst tires on the market. Uniroyal are junk. Always have been.

Tires like these are just designed to "get you by"
