Tires Nexen or NITTO

NITTO Tires

I was able to get Nitto Recon Grapplers 37x12.5r20 installed for $2030 out the door. Others in town were about $2400-$2800 for the same tires and install.

Pros: competitive pricing

NITTO Tires

Jack of all trades and great in wet conditions (live in Florida). They look great and are lighter than the Falkens which is what made me go with them.

Pros: jack of all trades, great in wet, look great, lighter
Vehicle: Toyota

Rating 3.5

I’m currently running Nitto Ridge grapplers 37x12.5x17 D-rated tires. I’m in need of a full set after about 30k miles. I do like the Nittos I am running, they are fairly quite and wheel great but I think a higher rated tire would help.

Pros: fairly quiet, wheel great
Cons: wore quickly (30k miles)
Mileage: 30000 km

Nexen Tires

They aren't top tier but they aren't completely garbage either. Good tire if you're not trying to break the bank

Pros: good tire, affordable
Cons: not top tier

Nexen Tires

Horrible tires. I have had 2 side wall blow outs with these tires, one on a very busy highway, late at night and almost got unto a horrible accident. Avoid these tires at all cost.

Pros: side wall blow outs
Cons: horrible tires
