Tires NANKANG or Vredestein

Nankang NS2-R is best bang for buck track tyre hands down.

It’s marginally slower than most other semi-slicks, but it will last longer, it will be faster than any premium road tyre on track.

That being said, the CR-S is an incredible tire if your focus is driving on dry tracks. I found wear to be good with very consistent laptimes, it doesn‘t overheat easily, which is something I very much enjoy. Being able to push for many laps with the tire staying consistent and predictable is quite a treat if you ask me. Performance in the wet however isn‘t really good.

I have found on my '25 SE 4Motion, that just going into the custom section of the menu, adjusting the steering and changing the OEM tires to Grand Touring all-seasons (Vredestein HiTrac) has made a world of difference in control, handling and enjoyment of my Taos.

Been using my Vredstein HiTracs on my 2018 Rav4 for about 4 years now. I was very pleased with the overall performance of the Vreidsteins especially when they were new, handling was fairly confidence inspiring for what my car is, OK comfort, a bit noisy on the highway but all around were a worthwhile purchase for my needs.

These tires wear like iron for me. They're fantastic.

I had Goodyear summer run flats that were extremely rough to ride on. Felt every bump and imperfection in the road. I switched to Vredestein Quatrac Pro+ and it rides very smooth. They're also good for the winter. Would highly recommend

The Nankangs are good

I have vredstein pinza on my GL 550 for 7k miles and are very happy with them.

In my limited experience with them i'd say that they are marginally better than Toyo's r888r over a single lap but require some tuning set up to not overheat.

Vredestein summer tires but very disappointed by them. Last year they were excellent, this year they went bad. My confidence in rainy weather vaporized.
