They were nice but I would've loved the ability to change back to the unbranded tires as an option because they clashed with so many liveries that had other tire brands on them. At least with the unbranded tire you could pretend it was said tire but you can't do that when the brand is forced on it. Although I liked it nonetheless.
WAYYY better than the factory tires as well. night and day. no more hydroplaning, no more snow issues
Reliable as hell, I found one negative but it's mostly my opinion. The tires are great but I believe it can be excellent. I wanted to swap out the tires with Michelen Cross Climate 2 tires for crazy grip in rain.
Defender2 hands-down. Michelin reports an honest UTQG. Those tires will last.
Michellines are much better tires in general. I've had great experiences with them vs. Goodyear and Firestone.
Michelins are cheaper to run because overall they last longer both in mileage and cracking. $ per mile much cheaper.
I went with the Michelin Defender 2 on my last set, and now I totally get why they’re so popular. The ride is super quiet and smooth—even on rough pavement—and they’ve been wearing incredibly well. I’m already past 40,000 miles with plenty of tread left, so I believe the 80,000-mile warranty is legit. Wet traction has been solid too, and I feel confident driving in all kinds of weather.
3rd set of Defenders on mine. Such a quiet and great handling all season tire.
My Road 6 barely lasted 13,000 miles.
I was impressed by the performance. They didn't last as long as everyone had hyped them to be.
Cross climates. Weatherpeaks wear out too easily. I hate them
