MICHELIN Tires

Easy answer: Costco membership + Michelin Cross Climates. Exceptional tires, you’ll notice them on a lot of vehicles once you know what to look for.

Pros: exceptional tires

I wanted to report on the cross Climate michelin tires. My wife and I just put a set I'm her GMC Acadia 4 wheel 2 wheel and all wheel drive. we live in Michigan  and i have to say they are by far the best tires I've ever tested in the snow.

Pros: best tires in snow

MICHELIN Tires

I had the old x Ice 3 then now have the x Ice snow. For sure you maybe pay a bit for name brand but so far I really like them Quieter, seems to me better in the deeper snow then the older ones too

Pros: quieter, better in snow

I've put these on my work vans and personal trucks for years, I've used about 6 sets. They punch way above their weight. I'm not going to say they're the best, but they're better than they have any reason to be considering the price. They wear long, are reasonably quiet and work well plowing snow.

Pros: wear long, reasonably quiet

They were okay for me, definitely not great (Southwestern PA) but I upgraded to Michelin Cross Climate2’s and definitely recommend them.

Pros: definitely recommend them

The best I've had are the Dunlop Direzza Star Specs (I and II) for summer. For winter ofcourse the Bridgestone Blizzak WS90s for the Michigan winters. I've had a set of Kumho Ecsta MX's and they weren't bad either, but the worst by far were the MICHELIN PRIMACY all-seasons. Noisy, tread lasted less than 20k miles and obviously it's unsafe to wait until 2/32" so not even replaceable under warranty (which claims 80k miles treadwear ....pfft). Never again.

Pros: best for summer
Cons: noisy, tread lasted less
Mileage: 20000 km
