Tires Goodyear or Vredestein

Wir fahren mit Vredestein Quatrac Pro, und sind wir auch zufrieden damit, für die normale Fährt reicht völlig.

My vredesteins last foreverrr only had to change them because of stupid nails on the side wall

I just replaced the tires on my wife's XC 60 with Goodyear Weather Ready 2's because we also live where it snows.

Hab seit 6 Wochen den Goodyear Vector 4Seasons Gen-3 . Das erste Mal Allwetterreifen und bislang merke ich keinen nennenswerten Unterschied. Fahre 18 Zoll auf einem Mondeo ST Line Kombi.

A set of good years lasts me around 50k miles. I replace at 4/32nds if it is winter/almost winter. If it’s summer I put it off until 2/32nds.

my stock GY wranglers are holding strong through rock climbing and mud.

Even if there's only an inch or two of snow (or more likely icy slush) down on the pavement, you'll notice a difference in traction between all season and proper winter tires.

I’ve had wranglers before. They’re essentially a road tire beefed up to look like an offroad tire. Fine for daily driving and gravel roads. Weak sidewalls from what I remember.

I have two sets of these on a pair of 2013,2015 Ford Fusions. 225-50-17.

One tire got a sidewall bubble at a couple months old. Walmart refused to help because I didn't have them install the tires but I suspect they would have come up with other reasons like road hazard to avoid a warranty claim. I was able to talk to Goodyear and have one of their company stores inspect. The cause was a crack at the inner liner splice and air migration into the carcass. They refunded me my purchase price.

A tire on my other car had the same problem in almost the exact same spot also less than a year old. Same result.

Tires are currently 2-3 years old and they have weathering and sidewall cracking. (Parked outside in Michigan). Multiple tires are developing something that looks like a heat ring to varying degrees.

I have had two Goodyear Eagle LS-2 tires literally tear themselves apart within a year of buying them.
