Tires Firestone or Sailun
Decided on Firestone Affinity. Firestone's higher level brand, Bridgestone's research and development has trickled down to the Affinity AS tires. You can save some money by avoiding the Bridgestones. But 6 months in, with the amount of snow in Chicago this winter, all I can say is I haven't regretted my choice whatsoever.
I had a 1999 Explorer and had it at the dealer for an oil change. While it was there word came down from Ford: if it\u2019s an Explorer with Firestone tires, switch to Goodyear! So, for about $40 I got an oil change and 5 new tires (including the spare). Best deal I ever got on a car!
In my experience, sailun in general is one of the better options if you want to go for very cheap tires.
Cheap tires are almost always bad on bigger sizes or low profile tires but the 195/65/15 I had were doing surprisingly well
I have the Firestone XTs on my 3rd gen Tundra, with about 16k miles on them. Good traction all around, and have worn well so far. I like the look of them as well. Only nitpick is they can vibrate a bit under braking at slower speeds.
Juče do BGa, brzi put, autoput, 90km/h, nikakvog klizanja ni bacanja. Nove Sailun gume.
Im liking my firestone destination at2. I ripped a huge chunk out of my falken at4w sidewall and all I could get in the small town I was in at the time was the AT2s. I drive a lot of highway on my road trip so the lighter weight and slightly less blocky tread has resulted in a decent boost to my fuel economy. It also seems to be much quieter than the at4w.
In the past I always used Blizzaks. Had some Firestone Winterforce years ago, didn\u2019t mind them either.
Currently gamit ko sailun RO1. Been using them for about a year pero agad naupod. City driving (Combination of Asphalt and concrete) and occational sprited driving.
I had the Firestone AT years ago on a Ranger. Complete trash! Didn’t last for shit & barely any off-road traction.
Oh, and that brand is trash. I run trash tires too but its not the best.
