I barely have to put my truck into 4wheel in snow now that I switched to Wildpeaks. The amount of grip compared to the stock tires is insane. Also pretty quiet and my mpg’s only dropped for city driving, same mpg’s for highway.
I love the Wildpeaks but mine have started to spin a bit from a stop after about 20k. Looks like I'll get 50-60k out of them though.
Mine runs Falken Wildpeak all year. Kills is in all weather.
I just switched to wildpeaks too and they are great in the snow and rain so far. The stock tires on the SR5 were a liability and would always slip whenever the weather took a turn.
Falken Wildpeak AT3W. Live in the Seattle area and they’re great in the rain, but I spend a lot of the winter at a second home in the North Cascades and they are killer for the ice and snow. Incredibly quiet, too!
I had so much fun playing in the snow with the Falken Wildpeaks. It was like I couldn't get stuck.
Falken Winterpeaks. I find they’re just as good as Blizzaks, but cheaper.
I had a set of Falken Azenis RT615K+ for about a year, they were great.
I run 235/35/19 on a 19x8.5 up front. Koni coils, occasionally rubs on hard cornering or uneven pavement, but I'm pretty low so... Falken 452's
Sunny's came on the Pegasus' the Volvo was sold with. I knew they were bad but that wet stopping is Suffice to say I am quite relieved the Polaris' I replaced them with came with Nitto NT555's installed.
