Tires Falken or Maxxis

I have Walken Wildpeaks A/T 255/55-18 Tires on my 23 MYP. Bought from Tsportline with their overland pkg. Not much range hit and no need to change any speedo.

I’ve been liking my wildpeaks at4s. Haven’t had damage off-roading only puncture I’ve had was a roof nail on the road.

I have the same tires. On smaller aftermarket rims but they’ve been a great tire. I’ll get the same tires again this spring.

One of my stock tires finally decided to kick the bucket, so I replaced them with a set of Falken Wildpeak A/T Trails. So far I like them, they’re the same size as the stock tires, but the handling is superb (especially in rain and on gravel). A little more road noise and a bit of reduction in gas mileage, but I’m cool with it.

I went with Wildpeak AT Trail because highway driving is my priority, with occasional drives on the beach and gentle Forest Service roads. I see a lot of soft-roading in this sub-reddit they can handle.

I've only tried one set so far. Falken azenis RT 660+. So far they are awesome. They are almost too sticky tbh. There is a intersection i like to slide through and with these I have to really stay in throttle hard to get it going or small clutch kick helps.

I have wildpeaks on my rav. They are great aside from they wear down fast. Just put Toyo open country’s on and so far after about 1k miles I like them the best.

These tires are terrible in snow and off road. Fine on the highway and in rain, though.

My pro has the AT3W and they were worn down by 20k miles. Dealer put a new set on for free with the tire service campaign. I’ll be getting a set of Toyos or KO3s when these wear out.
